Im looking to sublet my spacious 1 bedroom apartment from mid May or early June (move in date negotiable) through August 13th. The apartment is located on Langdon Street, its a 5 minute walk to Memorial Union, Lake Mendota, and the beautiful Lakeshore path. Downtown Madison runs parallel to Langdon Street, and there are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, clothing stores, several bus stops, all within walking distance! The location is fantastic.
Rent would be $700/month, and that would include all utilities- water, electricity/heat, and internet. A $350 security deposit is also required, but will be returned in full if you dont damage the apartment during your stay. Cats allowed for additional $10 fee.
Apartment has air conditioner in living room, two mini fridges, several large closets, and many windows that let in a lot of natural light. There is coin-up laundry in the basement, 2 guest parking spots, and parking spots may be available for the summer behind the building. I can also leave some furniture in the apartment- futon, chairs, writing desk, coffee table, bookcase, TV stand, etc.
