MORE GOOD STUFF
-The landlord responds to issues promptly. Hes also made improvements to the apartment.
-The location is safe and quiet. Great restaurants and attractions in neighborhood.
-The upstairs neighbors are a with two children. The most I hear from them is laughter and a blender.
-The roommates are easy going professional women who are responsible, respectful and very open-minded (also open minded/trans friendly). If you communicate your needs and expectations, they will listen and discuss. Theyve always accommodated my school-related requests. Ive never had to worry about them paying rent or utilities.
MISCELLANEOUS STUFF
-Utilities, including electric heat, are not included. MGE has varied from $15-$100/month from Aug-Jan. Water & sewer are typically $10-12. Internet is $15.
-One roommate has two neutered male cats. She takes full responsibility for the cats, so you can easily address anything with her.
-Two parking spots are included. You may have to negotiate rotation of spaces.
-There is no basement, so you may have to negotiate storage with roommates.
