I'm looking for someone to take over my half of a lease. Apartment is located within the Les Chateaux apartments managed by JSM Properties (http://leschateaux.jsmproperties.com/).

-Metro line 14 (8 on weekends) stops right out in front of the building
-Large master bedroom (yours)
-Off-street parking
-Basement level storage
-In building coin-op laundry
-Across the street from Hoyt Park
-Near Hilldale Mall, UW Hospital
-2nd floor balcony
You will get the larger of the two bedrooms and a parking pass for the parking lot. Room does not come furnished, however the dining room table and living room furniture is owned by roommate. Roommate is a Computer Engineering Grad Student at UW. He is quiet, friendly, and generally a good guy.
